About Zain Sheikh

The founder of Ways4u, Zain Sheikh, has actively contributed to fitness and weight management. After completing their education in Germany, Zain has a diploma from one of the top German Sports Science and Nutrition Colleges.

After spending several years in Germany’s fitness and weight loss industry, Zain aimed to work for a good cause, helping people change their bodies and lives for better-performing health promotion.

The theory practised by Zain is based on science, understanding, and, even more importantly, experience.

He has gone through the process of attaining weight loss and fitness and appreciates the highs and lows associated with such ambitions.

What motivates Zain, and more importantly, what inspires his vision for Ways4u, is his inventiveness and competence in health and wellness. Ways4u aims to provide responsible, informative assistance and nourishment to all those who wish to improve their lives.

1- Maria Hassan, Certified Nutritionist

Maria works on customizing diet plans for different people. She holds a Master’s in Dietetics and helps clients reach their weight objectives healthily.

2- David Lee, Fitness Trainer

David offers effective strength training and weight management programs, including High-Intensity Training (HIIT). He has worked with many athletes, from those who are just beginning their fitness journey to professionals, and most importantly, he believes all people can work towards their goals.

3- Sara Ahmed, Health Coach

Sara is a health coach with appropriate training and certification who helps her clients healthily practice weight loss. With a background in fitness and psychology, she works with clients to form positive attitudes and behaviours towards fitness.

4- Emily Miller, Health Writer
